Complaints
The staff at St Stephen's work tiresley to form positive relationships with parents. There are always going to be times where you may feel unhappy about a situation, just like with our children, we like to discuss these face to face and solve any worries or concerns quickly.
If you have a concern or complaint we would like you to tell us about it as soon as possible.
In the first instance, please speak to your child’s teacher, or ring school to make an appointment. It is important that this happens to give us the chance to listen and reflect.
In the unlikely event that the problem is still not resolved, please arrange an appointment with one of our Assistant Headteachers or Deputy Headteacher. They will arrange a meeting with you as soon as possible to listen, reflect and hopefully achieve a positive outcome.
If you are still not satisfied your complaint has been dealt with effectively, then please make an appointment with the Headteacher through the office.
It really is important that these stages are used and please do not be offended if your concern is passed back through the stages.
The official complaints policy can be found on the School Policy under the 'About Us' section of the website.
